Hooked on Healing was born from real wounds, real recovery, and the burning desire to make the healing journey less lonely for everyone who comes after us.
We are Adrianna and Anchard Wright — authors, healers, and two people who know what it feels like to be completely lost inside your own pain. This movement is everything we needed and couldn't find.

Lives Touched
"Your healing is not a burden — it is a gift to everyone around you."
In 2018, Adrianna hit a wall. Years of unprocessed trauma, emotional suppression, and the relentless performance of "having it together" finally collapsed in on itself. What followed was the most painful — and ultimately the most transformative — period of her life.
"I looked everywhere for something that would help me understand what was happening to me," she says. "I found fragments — a therapy technique here, a spiritual practice there, a book that got halfway there. But nothing that held all of it together. Nothing that felt like it was written for someone like me."
Anchard, a trained somatic practitioner and Adrianna's partner, watched her struggle and began weaving together everything he knew about body-based healing, trauma recovery, and spiritual resilience. Together, they built a framework — not for a book, not for a business, but for survival.
That framework became Hooked on Healing. And the millions of people who need it are exactly why we built this.
"We don't just teach healing. We live it — and we invite you to live it with us."

Author · Emotional Healing Coach · Speaker
Adrianna is a certified emotional healing coach, trauma-informed facilitator, and the primary voice behind Hooked on Healing. Her work sits at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and lived experience — drawing from her own decade-long healing journey to create frameworks that are both deeply personal and universally applicable.
She has worked with hundreds of clients one-on-one and thousands more through her community programs, helping them move from emotional suppression and self-abandonment toward radical self-awareness and authentic wholeness.
Adrianna's approach is direct, compassionate, and unapologetically honest. She believes the most powerful thing a healer can do is refuse to pretend that healing is easy — while holding absolute faith that it is possible.

Community Reach
Anchard is a somatic practitioner, spiritual teacher, and the grounding force behind Hooked on Healing's body-based healing framework. His work draws from somatic experiencing, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and contemplative spiritual traditions to help people heal not just in their minds — but in their bodies.
Where Adrianna works with the emotional and psychological dimensions of healing, Anchard works with what the body holds. Together, they offer a complete picture of what whole-person healing actually looks like in practice.
Anchard's presence is calm, steady, and deeply attuned. He has a rare ability to help people feel safe in their own bodies — often for the first time in years.

We believe healing begins with the decision to stop being at war with yourself. Every practice, every word, every resource we create is rooted in deep compassion for the human experience.
We don't sugarcoat healing. It's messy, nonlinear, and sometimes brutal. We honor that truth while holding space for the beauty that emerges on the other side.
Everything we create is built with trauma survivors in mind. Safety, consent, and pacing are not afterthoughts — they are the foundation.
We were never meant to heal in isolation. Our community is not a feature — it's the core of what we do. Healing in the presence of others multiplies its power.
Mind, body, spirit — we refuse to fragment the human experience. Our approach integrates emotional, somatic, spiritual, and cognitive dimensions of healing.
Healing should not be a luxury. We are committed to making world-class healing resources available to everyone, regardless of background or budget.
Adrianna's personal healing crisis became the catalyst — a moment of profound breakdown that would eventually become the foundation of everything Hooked on Healing stands for.
Adrianna and Anchard began their healing journey together, combining their backgrounds in psychology, spirituality, and somatic work into a unified approach.
What started as a small Instagram community of 200 people grew into a global movement of thousands — all seeking the same thing: a safe place to heal.
After years of community feedback, lived experience, and deep research, Adrianna and Anchard began writing Hooked on Healing — a guide they wished had existed when they needed it most.
The book, the platform, the community, and the resources — all coming together to serve the millions of people ready to begin their healing journey.
"A raw, honest, and deeply practical guide to healing that doesn't flinch from the hard parts."
